2011 fitness goal

To be at 135lbs.
Current weight: 149lbs
Current Body Fat: 28%
Timeline: This Year (Ambitious isn't it?)

This year is going to be a challenge. I'm not motivated. But what the hell, let's lose some weight for the fun of it. Sinus issues are back since it's winter in Mass... yes, I'm home... back from South Carolina. I've been working out inconsistently, a month at the gym, 2 weeks off, back to the gym for another month, take another 2-3 weeks off. yeah... pathetic.

Let's change up the workouts this time around. Weight training twice a week to maintain muscle mass, and all cardio to burn fat. Combine that with a healthy non throw up diet. Like my strategy? I do. lets see if it works.

SPIN SPIN SPIN SPIN SPIN: I like Spin class, it's like torture... almost close to cutting yourself just not so bloody. Sweat like hell and makes you want to cut your legs off but boy it's great torture. Aiming for 2-3 times a week

ZUMBA: Met a great Zumba instructor at Golds Gym, unfortunately, he's not teaching there anymore so I'm budgeting in 1-2 classes with him everyweek outside of the gym at his dance studio where he also teaches. He's got moves.

WEIGHT TRAINING: Strength training, max weight 6 reps 4 sets each full body, twice a week - no machines.

FOOD: Home cooking.... chicken is my friend. gotta cut back on ice cream and add more fiber into the diet. Need to hydrate more. Already cut back to 1 coffee a day, but water intake is pathetic.

That's it. Lets see how this goes.

Oh.... did I mention I have a broken finger? Weight training will be on hold until it's healed... how fun
